1.3 If you place bids on our Site or if you successfully win a bid for a listing, separate terms and conditions will apply as set out here in the Salvue Marketplace Terms and Conditions.

3 Using the site
3.1 You agree that you are solely responsible for all costs and expenses you may incur in relation to your use of the Site.

4 Registration and password security
4.1 Use of the Site may require registration, particularly in order to access restricted areas of the Site such as the customer portal to manage your orders with us. You must ensure that the details provided by you while registering on the site are correct and accurate.

4.3 We are not obliged to permit anyone to register with the Site and we may refuse, terminate or suspend registration to anyone at any time.
4.4 You are responsible for making sure that your password or verification codes generated over email and/or SMS and any other account details such as email address, name, phone, and address are kept secure and confidential.
4.5 If we have reason to believe there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Site through your account or the use of your verification code, we may notify you and require you to change your password, or we may suspend or terminate your account.

Our cumulative liability to you shall not be more than £200 (Two Hundred Sterling Pounds).

16 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
16.1 The laws of England and Wales shall apply to these Terms. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of another part of the UK in which you live.
